Early Life and Inspirations
Born and raised in the spiritually rich city of Amritsar (Punjab), Mr. Jupinder Singh Arora grew up in a middle-class family with the teachings of Guru Nanak deeply ingrained in his upbringing. Surrounded by the cultural and spiritual atmosphere of the Golden Temple, he was instilled with values of compassion, curiosity, and selfless service by his parents.
Even as a child, Mr. Jupinder showed a keen inquisitiveness, constantly questioning the “how” and “why” behind everything. Traditional method of learning did not capture his interest, as he preferred a more hands-on, practical approach to learning. While he initially aspired to a stable job to support his family, his restless curiosity fueled his desire to rise beyond the ordinary and make a meaningful impact.
Struggles and Entrepreneurial Breakthrough
Eager to explore new opportunities, Mr. Jupinder moved to Delhi. The path was far from easy, marked by numerous rejections and uncertainties. It was during this time that his elder brother, Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Arora, became his pillar of support. With his guidance and financial assistance, Mr. Jupinder found the courage to embrace the emerging IT boom and took a bold leap.
In 2012, he laid the groundwork for his IT services, starting small but with a big dream. By 2013, with their modest savings, Arora brothers formally established their IT company. The early days were a test of perseverance, as they faced countless challenges, from technological hurdles to building a client base. Yet, through hard work and innovative thinking, the company began to grow—starting with local clients and eventually expanding to international clients by 2016.
For Mr. Jupinder, the journey was never just about personal success. Inspired by a sense of purpose, he envisioned his company as a platform to create employment, provide support in challenging times, and build a legacy that would empower future generations as well.

With a renewed vision, Arora brothers founded Galebal, a company committed to global impact across various industries. Guided by the principle of “1313”—a symbolic representation of Guru Nanak’s teachings on selflessness and inclusivity—Galebal aims to bring innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility to the forefront of business.
The motto, “The World is Our Stage,” encapsulates Arora brother’s belief in thinking beyond boundaries and creating opportunities that benefit future generations. Through Galebal, he continues to integrate his values into his business endeavours, building an empire that serves both commercial goals and the greater good.
